The RC&D (the fiscal agent) is currently seeking consultants to provide technical assistance to these businesses and entities. Specific areas of expertise sought include:
- Business planning assistance
- Business feasibility studies
- Biomass Sort Yard design and process engineering
- Biomass processing equipment procurement and conversion
- Development of CEQA/NEPA documentation
- Assistance with permits for sites and equipment
- Other assistance related to the development of biomass processing businesses and sort yards.
The RC&D will consider proposals from individual consultants, consulting firms, and teams of consultants to supply some or all of the technical assistance outlined above. Currently there is no deadline for submission of Qualification packages, however we are eager to begin providing technical assistance.
