The photo includes the Chief of the U.S. Forest Service, Tom Tidwell, Regional Forester Randy Moore, Calaveras County Supervisor Steve Wilensky, the supervisors of the Eldorado and Stanislaus National Forests, and a number of representatives from the ACCG, mostly from Calaveras County.
