Feasibility Evaluation of Biomass Business Sorting and Processing Operations
at North Fork (Madera County) Mill Site and Mariposa Landfill
The Yosemite Sequoia Resource Conservation and Development Council is requesting proposals for technical assistance in evaluating the feasibility for developing biomass accumulation, sorting and processing activities at two sites: the North Fork Mill Site in eastern Madera County and the Mariposa County Landfill. This Request for Proposal (RFP) sets forth the background, Scope of Work, and response criteria for such proposals. This project is funded through a USDA Rural Business Enterprise Grant (RBEG).
