Scheduling and September Meeting
Due to some scheduling issues, the visit from the Burney-Hat Creek Collaborative has been moved to October 9th and 10th, which is a Sunday and Monday. It is anticipated that a full ACCG meeting will be held on Monday the 10th, with a tour planned for that Sunday.
My apologies for the difficulty in scheduling, but we now a have a date-certain and will commence the planning for the tour and meeting.
Additional details on the October 9th and 10th activities will be communicated to the group at our next full meeting, which will take place on September 21st, in West Point at the Veterans Hall, beginning at 9:30am. The agenda for that meeting is attached. If you have any additions, please let me know.
The administrative workgroup needs to meet between now and the 21st to discuss the need for a communication policy. The formal roster of Administrative Workgroup members is as follows:
